The Learning Academy of Northwest Georgia
The Challenge
The Learning Academy of Northwest Georgia is a tuition-free public charter school opening in Fall 2027. Built by and for a community that believes in the power of learning, the school will bring together classical education, Spanish immersion, and nature-based play.
When we began, there was no formal brand package in place. Our challenge was to give the school a strong, consistent public presence—online and in print—that would capture community interest, build trust, and establish credibility long before doors open.
Our Approach
Website Development
- Designed and launched a clean, modern site (learningacademynwga.org) that introduces the school’s mission, vision, and academic model.
- Wrote all web copy, striking a balance between visionary and parent-friendly language.
- Created clear navigation and CTAs, including a Student Interest List form to capture early leads.
- Built a scalable platform to allow for future growth as curriculum and enrollment details are finalized.
Social Media Launch
- Established branded Facebook and Instagram pages with bios and evergreen pinned posts that highlight the school’s unique value (classical learning, dual-language immersion, outdoor/nature focus).
- Developed ongoing content ideas that keep interest high and educate the community on the school’s distinctive approach.
- Built early audience engagement through clear, approachable messaging and community-centered visuals.
One-Pagers for Outreach
- Created easy-to-digest one-pagers that board members and staff can use to share the Academy’s vision with families, educators, and community leaders.
- Focused on clarity: who we are, what makes us different, and how families can get involved now.
- Designed print-ready and digital-friendly versions for maximum flexibility.
Visual Identity Without a Brand Package
- Selected a “starter palette” of colors and typography that carried across the website, social, and print pieces.
- Curated photography and illustration styles that reinforced the themes of mastery, wonder, and nature.
- Applied a consistent tone of voice across all platforms—warm, confident, visionary—so every touchpoint felt aligned, even without a finalized logo system or full brand guidelines.
The Outcome
In less than six months, the Learning Academy of Northwest Georgia went from an idea to a public-facing institution with:
- A website that clearly tells their story and captures student interest.
- Social channels that introduce the school to the community and build anticipation.
- Professional one-pagers that help board members and staff confidently communicate with stakeholders.
- A cohesive look and feel—built from scratch—that establishes credibility while leaving room for growth.
Why it matters
For a new charter school, early trust and visibility are everything. Families, educators, and funders need to see not just what the school will offer, but also that it has the stability and professionalism to deliver.
By creating a clear story and consistent visuals from day one, we helped the Learning Academy of Northwest Georgia build early momentum—laying the foundation for enrollment, fundraising, and long-term success.
